Introduction
The self-turning spiral mixer consists of a fixed bowl mixer and a hydraulic lift system that turns the dough onto a tabletop or onto the hopper of the dough dispenser.
Once the stainless steel grille protecting the bowl is raised, the machine can be tilted to the designed unloading height. The bowl jog command aids in unloading the dough.
A simple mechanism with electrical control allows selection of which side to discharge, avoiding the use of bulky levers as optional.
