Introduction 
The Spray Filling Capping Machine is composed of a 6-head filling machine, a vibration disk cover sorting machine, and a four-wheel capping machine, all mounted on one frame, with a glass enclosure for closed design. It has a linear bottle feeding system, which is different from the rotary bottle feeding system, making it more versatile and stable in production. It can produce spray cans of 30-500ml without the need for replacement parts; adjustments can be made directly.

The principle of the 6-head automatic quantitative filling machine is that it feeds materials from a high-level tank within the filling machine, which is equipped with a float switch to maintain constant pressure inside the tank. Through PLC control, each filling head is opened for a specific time to achieve accurate filling. Since the pressure inside the tank is constant, the filling accuracy can be controlled within -1ml, achieving high-precision filling. The filling heads are made of anti-corrosive materials, while other parts are made of 304 stainless steel.

Features 

1. For some highly corrosive products, the machine can use imported  PTFE valves, PTFE hoses and sealing materials to avoid material corrosion issues.
2.  The parts in contact with materials comply with GMP standards. During each filling, the filling head extends into the bottle to ensure that the liquid does not foam or spill, ensuring consistent liquid level in the bottles.
3.  The machine uses high-level storage tanks, making it convenient for cleaning and disinfection of the entire machine.
4. The filling  head has no dripping phenomenon. It will not fill when the bottle is not in place, preventing errors and keeping the work area clean. The machine adopts a bottle clamping device. Once  the filling bottle is properly positioned, the filling head inserts into the bottle for filling.
5. The machine is equipped  with six filling heads, suitable for small dose spray filling production.

 The filling quantity adjustment is convenient and easy to operate, and maintenance is easy. Different sizes of bottles can be filled in a short period of time.
